Day 220: Urban Ruins

Are 14 pics too many? We sussed out this garden in central London I've been wanting to have a look at for aaaaaaaaaaaages - a bombed wren church near Monument where they've been unable to fix the church, so they're really creatively used creepers to create a ruin.

We thought we'd go for a wander around the Tower of London & Tower Bridge:

St Katherines Dock, where there's a Circular Roman folly that's been converted to a Starbucks:


 

Stumbled upon the royal mint - so I whipped out my plastic:

 

 

Thirsty by this point, we popped in for a cooling beverage at the nearby Hung Drawn & Quartered - the first pub I've been into that has a decorative noose in the bar:
