I can't tell you how scrummy our home-windowsill-grown salad was - young silverbeet, rocket & mustard greens.
Served with a french honey mustard dressing, roasted kumara, potato and carrots baked with feta and garlic & brown bread crumbed chicken.
Definately a new favourite - you could have the vege with ANYthing.
