Day 185: Previously .. at the zoo

What a lovely day. Meet Ricky the rockhopper (with his own facebook page no less)

Another of my favourite rooms was the rainforest room, and it was amazing. It was 2 stories of rainforest with a wrap-around mezzazine with exhibits that spilled out along the room (see next photo below) where monkeys run along the branches over your head!

This, this just made us laugh.

Today we had a pretty chore heavy day, but managed to walk 4 miles to nearby hills (actually man-made with the building waste from the old Wembley Stadium. Lovely view, shame it's not of anythin particularily amazing- though you can see the London Gherkin (waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay in the distance!)
