Day 110: What a Day

Osama Bin Laden is dead. Dead!? The US has been looking for him for 10 years, and now they reckon they've got him - with DNA & Photo proof.

Edit: Good. He deserved it - it's retribution for all the hundreds and thousands of innocent people, including the Afganis for his terror plot.

"I mourn the loss of thousands of precious lives, but I will not rejoice in the death of one, not even an enemy. Returning hate for hate multiplies hate, adding deeper darkness to a night already devoid of stars. Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that" ~ Martin Luther King, Jr

After that revelation, we travelled home from Up North, to Down South, having to catch a coach part of the way adding about an hour to our journey, but the coach driver was so lovely I've emailed his boss/company to thank him.

The Fuds BEAUTIFUL cottage & the reflection of their neighbours cottage;  I'd love for our place to be closer to our Northern families, or their places to be closer to ours!!

POTD: Action shot from the train - couldn't for the life of me time it to show the absoloutely brilliant yellow fields of Rapeseed though.
